A romantic date! Las Vegas + San Francisco @ Las Vegas.
Every city has it’s own character. Sometimes you will wake up and say “Oh! I want something crazy like Vegas!” or on a rainy day, you will dream about Hawaiian sunshine! Pick your favorite city tote bag to express yourself while you are on the road.
Our faithful readers should know C and I have been best friends since college. We moved to the US for graduate school the same year and have supported each other in many ways. She is not only my best friend but also a sister. We are the best party, shopping and traveling partners, and spent many new years together exploring new places. Even though she moved to Asia, the long distance cannot stop us from seeing each other or from traveling together.
We are like most other girls. We love dressing up and playing with different dress codes. Although I have to admit that I’m the one who enjoys proposing dress code ideas whenever we have a chance. I know my friends sometimes get a little bit annoyed by me. Although they all like to complain every time at first, they still turn up looking so beautiful and dressed up! I’m always so proud of them and it is just so much fun! There is no doubt that girls love finding different excuses to go on a shopping trip! 😉
The sin city, Vegas, has always been one of my favorite cities in the US. Besides being known for unofficial national hot spot for bachelor and bachelorette parties, Vegas is also the best city for a short get-away with girlfriends. If you like shopping, watching shows, night life and enjoying good food, Vegas is definitely the best place to go! Believe it or not, girls actually spend less money here than going anywhere else in the US for partying, better price and experiences!

Feiyue’s simple design makes it easy to pair with almost everything. For the classic white ones, you can pair them with jeans. They also have bold colors such as sapphire blue and bright orange to match with your fun personality.
These super comfy sneakers, Feiyue are very popular among the foreign people who live in Shanghai. I was introduced to this brand by one of my french friends. He said all of his friends own at least three pairs. These shoes are just so versatile, comfortable, and well priced. Nobody knew this shoe originated from Shanghai. How could we not even know about this brand?!
In my previous post, I shared with you two beautiful cities, Cappadocia and Pamukkale. Today I’m going to talk about the exotic & beautiful city of Istanbul. Its commercial and historical center lies in the European part of Istanbul, while a third of its population lives in the Asian part. We visited all the historic relics such as The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the spice market. These marvels were all located in the European section which is conservative and religious. For fun night life activities, we had to go to the Asian part where a lot of young professionals live. This is also the place of all the recent protests as well.
Besides necklaces, scarves are another accessory I use frequently to bring out my look. They are useful, versatile and easy to pack. When traveling during summer, airports, train stations, and restaurants have strong AC. I can use them as a light jacket or to cover my big belly after indulging in too much yummy food. ha! In a Muslim country like Turkey, scarves are the most important accessory for local women, therefore anywhere in the market you will see people selling all kinds of scarf styles and designs.
